Had a spontaneous water leak in my wall, Plumbing Excellence NW was the only plumbing company to respond on Thumbtack. Was able to fix my water leak, helped identify another leak, fixed a drip in my shower tub and my toilet as well as install a leak detection device. Also recommended a water restoration company to dry out my wall from the leak. Jose was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering all of our questions.
Amazing, reliable Service! José is professional and personable. We had a leak in our main sewer line inside the house. He looked at everything, asked questions then explained what the issue was and how he thought it best be addressed. He offered to replace only the leaking, corroded stack but explained why it would be beneficial to replace a couple other lines to bring us up to code and streamline the plumbing into the stack. (Might sound like an upsale, but so glad he pointed these things out as we are so happy with these small changes, and it didn’t add very much to overall quote). He knows his stuff!
