The Marysville office of Roto-Rotor are an exceptional! We had a problem with an old residential grease trap from the kitchen draining. They came same day and checked what they could. We ended up having to have septic service come out and pump it out so they could see the pipes. Roto-Rotor came back 1st thing next morning tried to clear drain but line had failed which was visible on the camera. So they had one of their plumbers come out the same day and re~plumbed the kitchen to the main septic line. Friendly, professional, price better than another plumber we had out not long ago. Highly recommend!
Marysville Roto-Rooter came out to help unclog an old grease trap that served our kitchen only, it was installed many years ago. They had to come out 2 days, as we had to have it pumped 1st so they could find the pipe. The guys were, on time, friendly, professional, and patient with all our questions. When realized that old drain line was collapsed, they had put us in touch with a plumber the same day to possibly have kitchen re-plumbed. Felt it would be cheaper option for us.
