Big thanks to Nathan for coming out after we called about a problem with our water heater. My husband had replaced a part as a temporary fix until a plumber could arrive, and Nathan confirmed it was the right step. He made a few small adjustments, got everything checked over, and did not charge us for the quick service call. Robert and Cole did an excellent job fixing a plumbing leak that had us shut the water off to the whole house. We had been without running water for two days before we called, and they quickly found the problem, clearly explained the repair plan, and got right to work. They also installed shutoff valves for our shower, which will make future plumbing repairs much easier and help us avoid turning off water to the entire house again. Our tankless water heater stopped heating, so I called Duane. He could not get out that same day, but he still took extra time to help me figure out what might be wrong and how to reach the water heater support team for technical help. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond with great customer care. It is not often you find a plumbing company that is this helpful and genuinely cares about its customers. They have become my go-to plumber for any future plumbing work. Later, we found a leak under our kitchen sink. I called Duane again, and after talking through the issue, it looked like the faucet was the source of the leak. Since we were already considering a faucet replacement, he gave helpful advice on what types of faucets to look at and what options might work best for our sink and plumbing setup. After I picked one out, Nathan came by a few days later to install it. He did an excellent job, the new faucet looks great, and everything is working perfectly. I really appreciate their plumbing knowledge, clear guidance, and willingness to help however they can.
