My hair was desperately in need of some TLC and Susie Uribe did not disappoint! I discussed my concerns with the condition of my dry and damaged hair with Susie and she assured me that she would take great of my hair to prevent any further damage, while still giving me that iridescent blonde look I was looking for. I left my appointment with hair that was smoother and more hydrated, but most important I left with a plan to continue to reverse the damage!
My daughter and I had an appointment with Tammy, and it was such a lovely experience! She was kind, engaging, and knowledgeable. Not to mention, she was very gentle (my daughter and I are tender-headed). We will definitely be going back!

I am a frequent visitor at Tipsy Nail Bar and I can’t express how much I love every one of the employees and every visit just because they treat you like family. I see Holly Meija here, have for years. The salon is friendly and you can feel the warmth and care amongst everyone. Unlike other places. It feels safe secure and a place to feel at home. The salon is roomy and always very very clean. Location is central and easy to get to from West pasco even. You can tell from the patrons they feel the same way and that's probably why this salon and their stylists have so many loyal customers.
I switched to Renee after my stylist for many years didnt come back after covid. I am a short hair gal and sometimes short hair means masculine, not with Renee. Got a great men's haircut at Summit up to Hair by the owner Kara. Very nice and clean environment. Excellent location, easy to get in and out. I now have a place to call my hair dressers. I am 72 yrs old and she has been the only one who listens to me and makes the hair cut a wonderful experience. She's the very best!

Did a walk in and didn't know what I was getting, I pulled up a couple designs and me and my friend both were able to get them designed to what we were looking for. Jesse was the one who did our tattoos and he worked with us on what we would like and walked us through each step and hand made designed for the tattoo for us. This was a chill and relaxing environment and will be going back in the future for my next tattoo. I would highly recommend this place to anyone all the artist are amazing but Jesse was great with both of us as a walk in.

We are very very happy with all of our plumbing fixes! Rob was super accommodating and got us scheduled right away for some fixes in our new house. Cliff showed up timely and put in a ton of work and was very kind and informative. We had three toilets replaced, sinks looked at for repairs, and slow draining tubs. A breaker failed in my panel. He replaced it for me the same day. Since this was a repeat problem, he suggested a panel surge protector after he researched the model of breaker the builder used had limited longevity. I am very happy with his work and knowledge of his trade!

We experienced a sudden issue with our circuit breaker box, late in the business day. I called, spoke with Leslie, and explained the problem and its urgency. While initially told they would try to accommodate us, the schedule was full. Leslie was genuinely concerned and assured me she would do her best. I thanked her, and she called back within five minutes to say she had rearranged the schedule, and a technician would be at our residence by 8 am the next day!
The technician arrived promptly the following morning as promised. He assessed the situation and discussed my options. At that point, the owner, Cam, called to ensure we were being well taken care of. He explained the options and reassured me about the best course of action.
Cam was patient, kind, and compassionate about our circumstances. I was very impressed by the attention and wonderful customer service. The repair was completed promptly and cost-effectively.

Silverline is the only company I will call for help! I bought an older house and on night one the basement flooded due to roots in the drainage. I called the next morning in a panic and within 2 hours Simon and Damian were making repairs. The techs are always really professional, informative and best of all is their attention to detail.

I broke a key for the storage compartments on my RV one day before an extended camping trip. I went to two different places and they couldn't help me. I came here the morning that we are leaving for the trip with both the broken key and RV in case the lock needed to be re-keyed or otherwise bypassed or replaced. I handed them the two pieces of the key and he didn't even hesitate. He grabbed a blank and was able to cut a new key using the broken one as a guide. New key works perfect, camping trip saved. I will definitely be coming back for any future lock requirements. Highly recommend.

One thing I can say about Cleaning Masters is that they take their work seriously. I booked a deep cleaning for a move out and they took care of me at a time I needed the assistance.

We also researched Better Business Bureau, WA LLI, Banks, & Construction Suppliers to evaluate the builder’s reputation and timely payment of bills.Greg Senger became one of three finalists. We soon discovered Greg was most helpful (as compared to the others), in giving us advice on tweaking our design plans, setting us up to meet with his sub-contractors and coming up with final design & accessory options i.e. (Architect Firm, Excavating Contractor, Framer Contractor, Insulation Installers, Roofing Contractor, Electrical Contractor, HVAC Contractor, Plumbing Contractor, Sound System Contractor, Custom Cabinet Company, Dry Wall Installers, Mill Work Finish Carpenters, , Interior & Exterior Painter Contractor, Custom Floor & Tile Contractor, Garage Door Contractor, Cement Contractor, Exterior Stucco & Stone Veneer Contractor, exterior gutter contractor.The various suppliers Greg recommended aided us in selecting roof shingle design & colors, electrical light fixtures, can lights, dimmer switches, millwork & door designs, kitchen appliances, stucco color & texture, stone veneer materials & design, double-pane window brands and respective energy ratings, HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, floor compositions, cabinet counter-top options, tile back splash design options, rugs, hardware purchases, bathroom mirror design, etc.When construction began, we soon discovered how organized Greg Senger was in scheduling the various subcontractors working on our new home in an efficient manner. Greg basically made sure the various subcontractors were not in each other’s way by scheduling a time-line for each subcontractor to have either exclusive access to the house performing their construction and/or working in unison with the other contractors. Example: after the house was framed, he had the roofers on the roof, the plumbers under the house & on the subfloor and the HVAC installers in the attic. A week later the roofers, plumbers, HVAC installers were finished, he then had the team of (4) electricians inside the framed house installing electrical panels, wiring, can light fixtures, plug receptacles for next two weeks.The finished quality of work is outstanding! Over a year later, we are still thrilled with our new home and the quality of workmanship. Jeremy gave me great info when I called in a panic. Alex came promptly, was attentive to my concerns, thoroughly assessed my AC unit and explained what he was doing and why. Paige, in the office, was informative and assisted me to her best ability. I was disappointed in a policy change for the service agreement. Very disappointed since I have had it since I bought my homen9 years ago. Would have appreciated being grandfathered in due to my loyalty. Regardless of management's decisions, staff has always been wonderful. Today was no different. I hate the idea of changing companies. May if I can find one that honors what their policy changed. They have, until this policy change, been worth every penny. The staff cause me pause in changing providers. They are so responsive. The owners/management should reward them.
Tyler was Amazing!! The insurance company wanted to do business with a major company but we were against it. I called dicksenson construction to get an estimate of money and time and they were a lot faster than others. In less than a month of work time my entire kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room got finished. New flooring, new cabinets, new drywall, paint, and trim got finished. I will surely continue to do business with Tyler and his company. Friendly staff, very busy if you dont like crowds. a little to accomodating to unprepared and walk ins, which delays appointments. Overall they took great care of my pet, and our anxiety was controlled by being able to wait in an exam room.
Our family really enjoys going to this dog wash. The tubs are large enough for my 70lb dog. Tubs are open on both sides so we make fast work of her bath by washing both her right and left side at once. The attendants are always helpful and happy. Every 7th wash is free. Highly recommend!

We adopted a chihuahua mix, Ellie, who had been abused in the past and was very nervous about grooming. Kristen has been incredibly patient and gentle with her, taking things slow to make Ellie feel safe. Now, Ellie actually loves going there, which is something I never thought would be possible! Not only does Kristen do an amazing job with the grooming, but she also adds the cutest touches—Ellie always comes home with a fun pop of color in her fur and an adorable bandana. It’s the little details that make the experience even more special! The entire team at The Groomery is amazing—so kind, professional, and truly passionate about what they do. Howie has really fluffy hair that grows out the side and other places have tried to cut it but it’s always really blotchy. This is definitely the best haircut he’s had in town and he even got a cute little tie lol his paws are also well trimmed and he seemed to have had a good time. Definitely coming back even if it’s a bit out of the way compared to his old groomer. Super happy overall :]

Melisa did a phenomenal job! She was able to assess what areas I needed worked on just by looking at me. And, she was right! She knew better than me! Her pressure was spot on and I loved how she changed up the typical massage by utilizing several massage techniques in addition to the amazing massage (hot towels, cupping, essential oils and the hot/cold, tingling lotion was a surprise bonus). All were optional, but I would recommend! Melisa’s personality is great too— very low key and easy going; i.e., super comfortable atmosphere. Will definitely be back!

Michelle is amazing, two days ago. I was barely able to get out of bed and I didn’t sleep for three days in a row because my lower back hurt so bad. I called Michelle and booked an appointment and drove an hour and a half to get there and it was so worth it! Here I am two days later I slept a full night I still have tightness and a little bit of pain, but very manageable and my quality of life is back. I’m on the mend Thanks to Michelle!

This place is amazing! I didn’t expect the massage to be this good. I get massages pretty often, and it’s rare to find such a high level of service. The massage lasted a full hour and included hot oil, hot stones, and even a bit of face and head massage. Everything was so relaxing, and I felt totally rejuvenated. Honestly, it was worth every dollar. I’ll definitely be coming back!
