“These guys were just awesome. Finding out in the middle of night, that there is a drain leak, and water is getting spit out in the basement, whenever the sump pump works, is a nightmare.We called every other 24*7 service for plumbing but no one had an opening for 5-7 days.Pipe right (Kenny) responded to my request on thumbtack and was immediately available the next day. I was able to put a bandaid solution for the night.Kenny's diagnostic, triage, and the hard work was beyond commendable. He mentioned a flat rate, and worked through the problem till he was able to fix it, without saying if extra work would cost extra money.After removing lots of roots from the sewer line (old houses of Seattle), he also found out that there is a damage in the pipe.Kenny came up with a flat rate to fix the broken pipe. Kenny and his team digged up 4-5 feet of soil, found the damage, repaired it, installed a clean out access point, and jetted the pipe. This overall took him 3 days.The team charged me, what they quoted for repairing the broken pipe, instead of adding the work involved in removing the roots, and all the triage work.Very professional, soft spoken and trustworthy team.Looking forward to reaching out to them anytime I need plumbing services.Services: Sewer repair“

“After being advised by our water district that our usage had shot up, we isolated the problem to a broken water line between our meter and home. We did our diligence and got three bids, including from Pipelining NW. All three bids included the same service of digging a trench and laying in new water line of same material and hooking up to our home with new shut off valve. I was shocked at the bid difference between the three installers. Like $6,000 difference for essentially the same job. Pipelining was first to submit a bid and came out the lowest. Selecting them was easy. They came out and did the job in half a day and left no trace they were ever there. Highly recommend this business.“

“Russ and his crew have been super responsive helping us to fix multiple systems - water pipes, water heater, furnace and AC after our hot water pipe burst early last December (2023).First of all, his crews are very responsive, know their areas of expertise and communicate solutions to the problems they diagnose in your systems.Cahill's plumbers were out to diagnose the problem with the hot water leak and they determined that it was not only the area that burst that had issues - there were pin hole leaks developing throughout my network of pipes in the crawlspace. Instead of just fixing the immediate problem, Russ sent out his brother, Riley, to assess the pipe situation in our house. In the end, Cahill plumbing replaced the crawl space pipes. The crew that came out to do this was fast and did great work finishing the job in 2 days instead of the 3 day estimate.The day after the pipes were replaced, Russ sent out Steve to install our new tankless water heater. Again, very professional and courteous. We could not be more pleased with the installation which replaced two 50 gallon hot water tanks.As for our furnace/AC system, Cahill had to remove the old system and ducting which had been damaged by the hot water pipe leak and then install a new system in its place. This process required some very hard work from Alex and his crew. They did the removal of ducting in a very tight crawlspace in a very short period of time. This allowed another Cahill crew to come in (Ricardo and son) to put in new ducting and setup the final HVAC crew to do the installation of the new furnace and AC.So, Beau and Brian did the installation of the furnace this past week amid this ice storm and I could not be more pleased with having heat in my home again.Thanks Cahill for all your hard work. I will be calling you again for all our HVAC and plumbing needs.“

“We came home to find a small river of water flowing from our front yard late Saturday afternoon. I searched for a local company and found Fairwood Plumbing. They were at our house within 15 minutes and shutoff the main water valve. They could not see what was going on without digging down to find the pipe/leak. They instructed me to contact 811 and we had 4 people at our house within an hour marking power and gas and cable. The next day once we got approval from 811 that is was ok to dig in the specified area they got to work. The communication was great and they did a really good job of cleaning up after the job was finished. I think the price they quoted for the work they did was very fair. I would recommend this company for your plumbing needs.“

“My contractor recommended that we do full repipe before we begin my bathroom remodel. So the journey began getting bids. We got six bids and went with Repipe Masters. First of all I wasn't necessarily chasing the lowest bid because i of course was worried about quality. Didn't want you get what you paid for. But when I saw all the great reviews along with the best price I selected them. Doug came in with a bag of samples of what was being installed and an impressive binder with pictures and reviews. We got scheduled in less than a week and my job kicked off. Emilio amd his crew were amazing. They came in a laid cloth through out my house as well laid plastic sheeting on my furniture that was exposed to the work. Two guys were assigned outside in the rain to do the outside pipe. They did such an amazing job. I had a huge trench (30L x 4W x 3H) and assumed that I would have to reseed or lay new sod. That wasn't the case (see pic). For the inside we have a bunch of fairly small holes given what they had to accomplish. We moved the hideous piping to the main and relocated it in the closet. We chose to not have them re patch and do it ourselves as that was additional costs. At the end of the day, my whole house was repiped inside and out and got a new water heater installed. Amazing! You'd be crazy not to go with Repipe Masters!“
