They were able to fix an unforeseen slow leak I found after unhooking my washing machine in preparation for a flooring installation. Steve responded very quickly to my 4/5 AM request on their website, and I was able to make an appointment for the same day. Jon fixed the leak (which involved cutting the drywall and installing new shut off valves) and also looked at some other minor issues while he was there. He confirmed that my tub faucet didn't have a problem, and he was able to get my kitchen sink sprayer to fully work again by cleaning out some debris that got lodged in it. “You will not find a more efficient, honest down to earth plumber than those At Walt's. They came out and did a job, under an hour, for a couple hundred bucks. Beacon Plumbing quoted $4800 only an hour earlier, probably spent as much time writing up the quote as Walt spent doing the work. I just needed a shower valve serviced. The wall was wide open, all the pipes were present. Easiest thing you could do.“

“Had a clogged drain that turned into a flooded bathroom. Called a local plumber and they arrived within a couple hours. They cleared the blockage and found a pipe crack that they fixed on the spot. They worked clean and didn’t leave a mess behind. Cost a bit more than I hoped but worth it for the fast response. Friendly and explained everything in a way I could understand. Plumbing problems stress me out but this was handled well. Felt good to have it done fast and right. I’d call them again if I had any more pipe trouble.“

“My house is very old, and the plumbing looks complicated. I was very worried when a pipe started leaking behind the shower wall and I imagined the tile would have to be redone. Joe very quickly found the problem and fixed it, and the tile didn't have to be removed. He was so nice and answered all of my questions and looked at all the other plumbing concerns that I asked about.

Couple things to note on all repipe jobs. (1) They're not magicians and can't work through walls. So walls will have to be cut. (2) They're not drywall repairers- you wouldn't hire a surgeon to fix your car right?.

“First off... I'm a bit ocd when it comes to placement. David came out to our home and didn’t block my wife's car in like the plumber prior, which started this off so much better. He wore gloves and a mask before he got to my door. Covid-safe is always a plus. Once in, navigated straight to the problem. I had a leak, the smallest pin hole leak behind my water heater. All the work was clean, he didn't set a tool on my floor or counter- as he came in with drop cloths. He didn't seem to mind my kids as during these times a person in our home is huge. My boys are 5 and 2 and full of energy. Fixed our leak and he suggested to replace our water heater which at first I was slightly discouraged about. But since it was 13 years old, I called a family friend and confirmed his suggestion was accurate. All around a great experience and worth every penny.
