Responsive, easy scheduling, on time service with clear estimates for our toilet x 2 repair and replacement. Pretty much everything you would want in a home service. Santino is great-very knowledgeable. The bathrooms were left nice and clean after work was completed.
My kitchen sink drain was clogged and the blockage was beyond the garbage disposal. I was unable to clear the clog and called Ready Rooter to schedule an appointment.Although I had said that it was not an emergency my appointment was scheduled for that same day during a four hour window. The technician met me at the house at the very start of the 4 hour window. He was courteous, kind, and friendly but most of all professional , and had the clog removed and the water draining within just a few minutes.I’ve never had a clogged drain I could not unclog myself. If the need arises in the future however I would have no hesitation in deciding whom to call to remedy the problem.
Unlike other companies that want to charge to come out and give you really high bids these guys don’t charge for the bid, charge reasonable fees, are friendly and do great work. There are still some reputable companies and I highly recommend this one.
