“These guys were just awesome. Finding out in the middle of night, that there is a drain leak, and water is getting spit out in the basement, whenever the sump pump works, is a nightmare.We called every other 24*7 service for plumbing but no one had an opening for 5-7 days.Pipe right (Kenny) responded to my request on thumbtack and was immediately available the next day. I was able to put a bandaid solution for the night.Kenny's diagnostic, triage, and the hard work was beyond commendable. He mentioned a flat rate, and worked through the problem till he was able to fix it, without saying if extra work would cost extra money.After removing lots of roots from the sewer line (old houses of Seattle), he also found out that there is a damage in the pipe.Kenny came up with a flat rate to fix the broken pipe. Kenny and his team digged up 4-5 feet of soil, found the damage, repaired it, installed a clean out access point, and jetted the pipe. “Have done two services with these guys. Very courteous and reasonable. Recently had a furnace go do down during cold weather and hired another company as CH did not have techs the day of. They did move the appt up once I conveyed it was an emergency. Even though the other company already came out, I kept my appt with them just in case. I accepted the estimate from the other company (who did not get the heat going) and notified CH to cancel my appt. Anita asked for invoice details and shared her opinions on the cost. Long story short, CH got the furnace going on their diagnostic and we're in talks to replace my 29yr old furnace. The other company's repair estimate was 50% of a replacement. Wild.Note, CH is primarily a phone and email company so exercise a little patience in that regard.“

“My contractor recommended that we do full repipe before we begin my bathroom remodel. So the journey began getting bids. We got six bids and went with Repipe Masters. First of all I wasn't necessarily chasing the lowest bid because i of course was worried about quality. Didn't want you get what you paid for. But when I saw all the great reviews along with the best price I selected them. Doug came in with a bag of samples of what was being installed and an impressive binder with pictures and reviews. We got scheduled in less than a week and my job kicked off. Emilio amd his crew were amazing. They came in a laid cloth through out my house as well laid plastic sheeting on my furniture that was exposed to the work. Two guys were assigned outside in the rain to do the outside pipe. They did such an amazing job. I had a huge trench (30L x 4W x 3H) and assumed that I would have to reseed or lay new sod. That wasn't the case (see pic). For the inside we have a bunch of fairly small holes given what they had to accomplish. We moved the hideous piping to the main and relocated it in the closet. We chose to not have them re patch and do it ourselves as that was additional costs. At the end of the day, my whole house was repiped inside and out and got a new water heater installed. Amazing! You'd be crazy not to go with Repipe Masters!“
