Absolutely the best customer service experience I've ever had. The employees actually really care and listen to your needs and provide solution instead of giving you aimless thoughts. It's been a while since I had gone there, but wanted to make sure I post this.
Very nice staff - quick service - I bought a fitting for my bathroom, less expensive than either of the local superstores, better selection, far better product, fit without having to cut the pipe, and will last another 20-30 years - Thanks folks - made my day :)
I was looking for adapters for a Filtrete water filter and they found everything I needed to make it a painless install. Gentleman at the counter was knowledgeable and courteous and there location is right off of the highway.
