Absolutely the best customer service experience I've ever had. The employees actually really care and listen to your needs and provide solution instead of giving you aimless thoughts. It's been a while since I had gone there, but wanted to make sure I post this.

Very nice staff - quick service - I bought a fitting for my bathroom, less expensive than either of the local superstores, better selection, far better product, fit without having to cut the pipe, and will last another 20-30 years - Thanks folks - made my day :)

My experience at Pacific plumbing supply was much better than expected. As a matter of fact, it was downright delightful. The staff was helpful and friendly. They helped me resolve a nagging kitchen sink disposal problem. They provided me the right part at a great price and I was able to fix my drainage problem. From what I understand the management of the store has changed in the last year or so. If your experience wasn't as stellar as mine you might want to give them another shot.
