“Pedram stands behind his work and honors his warranty. I hired Empire Drain to install an outdoor drain in front of my garage. After the installation, one side of the new drain pipe unexpectedly lowered, and the drain wasn't as efficient. I called Pedram and showed him a photo.He scheduled the repair for 2 days later. They dug up that end of the pipe and added gravel under it to ensure the correct downward slope. I thought I'd need to wait a few weeks - but Pedram really wanted to fix it and acted fast. And I've had zero issues since then! The fix worked.If you want the job done right, hire Empire Drain. They have high standards and will make sure you are satisfied with the results.“
