“I hired them to clean out my dryer exhaust vent, as the LG dryer kept saying 80% blocked. Devon came out and cleaned the exhaust, but the dryer kept giving the clogged error even after he cleaned it. Something had to be still blocked, right? I called the business and spoke to Chuck, he was a good communicator and advised he'd send the technician back to take a second look. Low and behold, the dryer exhaust vent had a grate that was preventing the flap from opening on the outside of the house. Devon removed the grate and the flap is able to open and close during operation. All fixed, and the second trip was inclusive in the price. I would highly recommend Pristine Air Services if you need anything cleaned or serviced in your home! They are easy to deal with and stand behind their work. 10/10 A++++! I would use them for any future HVAC cleaning in my house. Thank you guys!“

He identified several faulty pressure sensors, ordered new ones & replaced the faulty ones. A&H gave us priority service since our furnace was our only source of heat and it had been in the 20’s outside. The furnace works great now!
