“They came out same day, mid afternoon and worked outside near the septic system. Also, through previous homeowners and during the previous inspection an access lid was covered with part of the deck so part of the deck had to be cut out. They found the issue (blockage) at one of the baffles and we were good to go. Very professional and informed us of each and every step they were going to take before taking it. “Since I met them from CostCo to update my water heater and furnace, it has always been a great experience. Recently, they started assigning the same person. That really helped when he came. We had a very weird issue that only happened at certain time of the day, and he founded it right on spot the first time. He gave us options without pushing, from keep it until the component die to change your furnace that's mid-life (kind of suggesting this was extreme). We made the choice with no pressure. He made the repair and the furnace is working great now. All of the employees I dealt with so far have always been kind and polite.

“Updated for 2025: Legacy One once again came through for us when our heat pump went out during the hot streak in July. They quickly diagnosed the issue, got us on the calendar ASAP, and provided great installation and service installing a new, must more efficient heat pump. The difference is amazing - we have been able to keep the house at a call 75 degrees on the 90 degree days with only the heat pump. Highly recommend again!

Legacy One Heating has been our go-to company for our home heating and cooling because they are reliable, offer helpful advice and provide cost-effective solutions.  We called them the first time when our water heater died unexpectedly. Karl, the owner, responded immediately, giving us options and ultimately saving us thousands of dollars on the replacement.  We used them again to install a new heat pump system.  We now are able to keep our house warm and cool for a fraction of the cost. We even leveraged their services to clean and update an existing fireplace.  They added a programmable thermostat and breathed new life into the old system so we didn't have to purchase a replacement. The entire team was courteous, efficient, on time, and able to deliver on their estimates!  Thanks so much for your help.“
