He was on time and made sure I was aware of the cost involved in digging up the lids to the septic tank which was underneath the house (not an easy task to do and find). He went underneath the house and found the second lid and pumped out the rest of the tank which was full. She was on time, always had a smile on her face and a positive attitude, and went out of her way to do anything she could to help. Even though it took four appointments, the firm quote didn't change.
