I had to call for plumbing help three times because of a slab leak and water line leak issues. Each time, the plumbers took time to inspect everything carefully, pinpoint the source of the leak, and help me avoid bigger repair costs in the long run. The first repair was handled by Lawrence, and when the leak showed up again months later, I decided to get another plumber to check the system. Since then, that repair has held up well. On another visit, a different plumbing company told me the leak was out in the yard between the house and the street and said the repair would be very expensive. Update: I changed my earlier review because the customer service was excellent. The plumbing company stood behind what the original installer explained to me, even though there was a misunderstanding, and they went ahead and replaced the water heater filter at no charge. They did not have to do that, and it really shows their honesty and commitment to their plumbing work. I had originally given this plumber 5 stars after buying and having a tankless water heater installed. I was told the unit should be maintained every year.
