Rainier View installed a new toilet and the technician cracked the tank by overtightening the bolts during the install. Rainier View told us there is no warranty, even though it was their tech that broke the toilet tank. Now we have to buy a new tank ourselves and install it ourselves. There are a lot of plumbing options, stay clear of Rainier View, they do not stand behind their work, products, and craftsmanship.UPDATE 2/12/24: Rainier View Plumbing made good on this repair. The tech they sent was professional, knowledgeable, and polite. Our spigot pipe split open do to the cold. There was no insulation around it (which we didn’t know because it was behind sheet rock). A guy came out they instantly knew what was wrong and was able to write an estimate and repair it all within an hour! He even walked me through what happened and what he did to fix it. I’m so grateful!
