He was on time and made sure I was aware of the cost involved in digging up the lids to the septic tank which was underneath the house (not an easy task to do and find). Not only did he find the lids which two other companies weren’t successful at or willing to do. Jimmy could have just emptied out one tank and be done. He went underneath the house and found the second lid and pumped out the rest of the tank which was full.
