Aaron was able to come out and guide us through the process of new home ownership. He was critical in helping us understand how the main water supply value impacts the rest of the houses valves and how it leaking resulted in some of the other challenges we had with the house.
Was prompt, a great communicator, and patient with us. 100% would recommend.
i broke my garbage disposal. i used yelp to reach out to Roto Rooter.
after agreeing on a date/time, a technician was dispatched in a couple of hours. Vladimir was skilled, tidy, professional & he gently educated me about my errors.
i knew my disposal's damage was entirely self inflicted.
i didn't write down the time when i realized i broke it, but my kitchen sink was only unusable for 10 or 12 hours.
was it cheap? no, it wasn't; but i maintain an emergency fund for these kind of occasions. now i have a new garage disposal and i feel relieved, thanks to Rotorooter & Vladimir.
i don't expect a bargain when i call someone at the last possible moment to come clean… read full review
Joe helped remedy a very difficult water heater issue. He pursued the matter quickly and efficiently, and followed up with the manufacturer on multiple occasions until the correct diagnostic procedure was determined. He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Also, the price was fair. Highly recommend!
