“Until today they were excellent. They stayed in the driveway for about 30 minutes then left. They didn't knock on my door. (Apparently they called me, but my phone didn't ring. I got the voicemail 11 hours later. That is an issue with my phone company!) When I called their office I was put on hold. After over 23 minutes I hung up and wrote this review. They still get 4 stars though because of all of the goodwill they have earned so far.“

“My experience with Nu Look related to the installation of a new roof. Initially, I dealt with Mr. Hunter Jennings who was very informative describing my roof options and available financing. The price and roofing material quality that I received was optimal compared with other contractors that I got estimates from. I also qualified for one year interest free financing. Prior to the installation, Mr. Jennings was very responsive to my questions. For my installation, Mr. Kevin Albanez was the project manager and Jose (last name unknown) was the on- site crew chief of a 5 member crew. I was impressed with the quality of the work performed and I am very satisfied with my new roof. Also, the cleanup after the job was excellent. “Our experience with NovaExteriors company was great from start to finish. We need to replace our exterior siding. Rob Wardach was our initial point of contact who did the estimate. He was very knowledgable and guided us through the siding products ( pros and cons of each brand). With his help we were able to pick the right product for our house ( We chose Alside Ascend Composite Siding in Cape Cod Gray). The company installed oru siding/gutters/trim boards/capping on all windows and doors. Also they replaced some existing parts of bad materials with new sheets of plywood. The project took about three days, including removal and installation. Compared to before, the house looks much more uniform. They also sealed everything properly to prevent future damage. I contacted them about a problem with a nest in my attic that needed to be removed. Connor responded quickly and told me he would come out to inspect the situation and provide an estimate. What immediately impressed me was that he arrived exactly when he said he would. In today's world, that level of professionalism and reliability really stands out.

Connor climbed into the attic, confirmed the presence of a nest, and took photos to show me exactly what he found. He took the time to explain the situation clearly and explained that the repair should be completed as soon as possible before the nesting situation became more complicated.

Recognizing the urgency, Connor arranged for an experienced crew to come out the very next morning. They arrived as scheduled, completed the repair, and provided extensive photographs documenting both the work performed and the overall condition of the roof. They supplied their best quality 50 year roofing tile for a very reasonable price and when they finished the roofing job, their cleanup was excellent. “Through our Facebook group RHOLC ( Real Husbands of Loudoun County) a member, and employee, Kelly of Windows Plus LLC came highly recommend. I reached out to him and that day we were able to set up a time for him to come out amd provide us with estimates. He took multiple measurements and gave me quotes with photos diagrams and levels of installation. He was professional and listened to our needs and price range. We continued with talks through the week, and he came out again to measure. As you always measure multiple time for accuracy and correctness. Even after providing a quote I reached back to add additional work where he was able to add that to the quote within the day.

After a few weeks of getting the order in Windows Plus was able to work with myself and my family to instal on a day that worked for us. They worked quickly, and on one of the hotest summer days. Work was installed correctly and professionally and the house remained cool. We were extremely impressed with the work, the craftsmanship, and quality of what we paid for and the price suited our needs
