Bill showed us the options, gave suggestions, accommodated our requests, detailed the steps involved and kept us updated along the process. He personally came to our home multiple times to show us how it will be done in detail and made sure all our questions were answered. He’s one of the rare project managers that actually answered the phone every single time when we called for status. The price is excellent and he worked with us to get the best possible outcome. On the day of install, a crew of 8 came and got all windows installed in one day and then one extra day for the outside trims. The guys worked hard and efficient. My folks were so happy with the work and repair service on their house that Larry was my first (and only) call when I needed gutters and trim wrap on my new house.Once the weather warmed up a bit in February, he came out and had a detailed estimate within just a few days. We settled on the work, and his crew showed up about a week later.The crew was friendly and courteous and cleaned up every scrap when they were done. They didn't stop moving the whole time there were here, really just dug in and got it done.The wrap looks awesome, everything is tight and caulked.
