My roof replacement project was performed in a spectacular manor lead by the project organizer Ian Kotarski along with his crew of 8 who completed the entire job in only one day and left my property in perfect condition.Take care of your men Ian or I will steal them from you. The crew you have would be an asset to any contractor in the construction business which I know since I work in construction also.
