“American Home Contractors is a reputable company that stands behind their work. I hired them to replace my roof and siding and am happy with the quality of the work. They recently sent a tech named Miguel to tune up my roof and clean my gutters that they also installed. He was very thorough in inspecting my roof and took pictures to show the work he performed including sealing and adding new gaskets. For the gutter cleaning, in addition to blowing away the debris, he used a brushed to remove the stuck on pollen to give it a thorough cleaning. Again, he showed me the before and after pics. Miguel was prompt, knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. Another job well done!“

“Several years ago in 2015, KCSI did a great job replacing the siding on my single-family home, detailing all of the window trim, and replacing a sliding glass door with a patio French door. Recently, in 2025, I initiated a new home improvement project that would impact some of the siding on the rear of the house. Rather than relying on a general contractor to replace the siding, along with some other repairs, I reached back out to KCSI. Once again KCSI came through and did a quality job. The price and roofing material quality that I received was optimal compared with other contractors that I got estimates from. I also qualified for one year interest free financing. “We went with Shiner to replace all 26 windows in our house. From the sales call to the actual installation, Shiner was professional, courteous, and responsive. We had easy contact with the project coordinator, who kept us informed with progress of our install. The only delay was the window manufacturer running a week late producing our large order (not Shiner's fault). Shiner provided a large crew that installed the windows in a single day (including frame repairs) and finished the exterior trim the next day. Based on our experience, we recommend considering Shiner for exterior projects.“
