“Our experience with NovaExteriors company was great from start to finish. We need to replace our exterior siding. Rob Wardach was our initial point of contact who did the estimate. He was very knowledgable and guided us through the siding products ( pros and cons of each brand). With his help we were able to pick the right product for our house ( We chose Alside Ascend Composite Siding in Cape Cod Gray). The company installed oru siding/gutters/trim boards/capping on all windows and doors. Also they replaced some existing parts of bad materials with new sheets of plywood. Communication was great, everything was clearly written in the contract. We are very happy with the results. Thank you NovaExteriors!”

We had some challenges with the pricing including an initial misquote of the financing rate and an unexpected fee when they had to come out an additional time due to unexpected damage to our existing frame. I reached out to him and that day we were able to set up a time for him to come out amd provide us with estimates. He took multiple measurements and gave me quotes with photos diagrams and levels of installation. He was professional and listened to our needs and price range. We continued with talks through the week, and he came out again to measure. As you always measure multiple time for accuracy and correctness. Even after providing a quote I reached back to add additional work where he was able to add that to the quote within the day.<br><br>After a few weeks of getting the order in Windows Plus was able to work with myself and my family to instal on a day that worked for us. They worked quickly, and on one of the hotest summer days. Work was installed correctly and professionally and the house remained cool. “"Our home contractor, Owings Brothers, purchased several polished brass Marvin door handles during a major home renovation several years ago. Over the past several days, the handle to the door off our driveway became inoperable to the point we were unable to lock it. I called Forbes Design Center to see if they could provide a "temporary fix" to the lock while we awaited a new part they would order from Marvin. To my wife's and my amazement, within two hours of me telling them this, the owner Doug Forbes showed up and was able to fix the lock after a few minutes using his toolkit to realign the lock. It now works just like new, so we will not need new parts. When we asked Doug what we owed him, he said "nothing!" Many say that quality service is dead in America today. Doug Forbes and his company are living proof that is alive and well! I recommend them unqualifiedly."”
