Very good inspection and estimate process with Robert Gay. He was patient, methodical, detailed, and produced a great blueprint for the whole package we needed. It was not the lowest cost, but it was the most comprehensive plan with high quality product. Connor scheduled the job and worked with me closely despite difficult weather forecasts. Supplies were delivered and stacked beautifully on roof and in driveway. When the weather finally permitted, a crew of 7 or 8 showed up at 630 am and worked for 12 hours with a brief lunch break to do the whole job in a day. To begin the job, they delivered supplies the day before installation. The crew was knowledgeable, friendly, hard working and answered any question I had. Installation in one day.
I paid a deposit to begin work and the second payment is due after Connor inspects the work. I had one touch up which Connor immediately addressed by pulling a ladder off the truck and
