I contacted them about a problem with a nest in my attic that needed to be removed. Connor responded quickly and told me he would come out to inspect the situation and provide an estimate. We would use Nest again even though they put the same new roof and decking on our home 2 times over 3 months! Not because they HAD TO but because THEY OFFERED TO.
During the first time inspection, Connor, the job supervisor noticed too wide a color variation in the shingles that had been installed. For the 2 months that followed, Connor kept in close touch with us as Nest worked out an agreement with the shingle manufacturer to replace our entire roof, decking and all, a second time. This came at no cost to us and even included some compensation back to us for the inconvenience!

I discovered a leak in my roof late in the evening of March 12, 2026. I began making calls on the morning of March 13. At 9AM I contacted Nest Exteriors. Much to my surprise and relief they were able to send someone to meet with me just an hour and a half later . Andrew did an amazing job! He spent about an hour up on the roof and in the attic looking for the cause of the leak. He took photos of the damage and reported that the issue was a ridge vent that had failed. I was not surprised to hear that given the age of the roof.
