The sales rep had a huge slide deck and spent a long time late into the evening with us to answer our questions and was very thorough despite this being the smallest sale he ever made. He made us feel special. They need to say more about their Vytex windows since those have such a great reputation in this area. The folks that came out for that were efficient, both for the measuring taking very little time and when the door was installed, they did thorough but quick work and disturbed less than I thought they would. We also didn't know how to remove the blinds so they did that for it. They made it all very easy for us. We appreciate that.
I was very happy with my experience with Capital Remodeling. The scheduler was incredibly accommodating and made it easy to find a time that worked for me. The work itself was excellent quality, and it was completed much faster than I expected. The installers were professional and respectful throughout the entire process. I strongly recommend them to anyone considering a remodeling project.
Have had my bathroom, kitchen and replacement windows done by Capital over the years. Definitely recommend them for their quality products and well trained friendly staff and installers. Even when we had minor services years later they were responsive and fair. I have referred them to relatives and friends and a ton of neighbors I personally had similar great experiences with Capital remodeling. I am a pretty picky person when it comes to details and these guys were willing to meet all my expectations.
Many reviews on this look like they came from people that never even got services from them. Maybe they need to work on communication in the beginning better but… read full review
