The replacement shingles are in a highly visible area, but the repair blends in so well that it’s barely noticeable, even when you know exactly where to look.

They supplied their best quality 50 year roofing tile for a very reasonable price and when they finished the roofing job, their cleanup was excellent. I contacted them about a problem with a nest in my attic that needed to be removed. Connor responded quickly and told me he would come out to inspect the situation and provide an estimate. What immediately impressed me was that he arrived exactly when he said he would. In today's world, that level of professionalism and reliability really stands out.

Connor climbed into the attic, confirmed the presence of a nest, and took photos to show me exactly what he found. He took the time to explain the situation clearly and explained that the repair should be completed as soon as possible before the nesting situation became more complicated.

“Milan was very thorough in his investigation and patient with my questions. I wanted to better understand what was causing temp differences across different levels and room in our house. It’s an old house, lots of improvements can be made, plus we know we are replacing the HVAC system. I appreciated him explaining what specifically he was testing for, showing me the results on the instruments and explaining what they could mean for me. I haven’t seen his report yet, but after the audit I have a better understanding of what my hvac options are, some low hanging fruit to increase air flow, and what not to worry about just yet (windows).“

He was very knowledgable and guided us through the siding products ( pros and cons of each brand). The company installed oru siding/gutters/trim boards/capping on all windows and doors. Also they replaced some existing parts of bad materials with new sheets of plywood. “Several years ago in 2015, KCSI did a great job replacing the siding on my single-family home, detailing all of the window trim, and replacing a sliding glass door with a patio French door. Within an hour Russ was able to come out and look at our roof and tell us how much it would cost. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions clearly. “TheWindowMan provided and installed several windows (Marvin double-hung + MonRay storms) and a door system, and all of their installations worked well. After 9+ years, one of the Marvin window tracks became jammed, and it was easy to get an appointment for the TheWindowMan to do the necessary service (at no cost, as the windows still had some warranty life left). TheWindowMan stood by its products/installations, even after 9+ years. They had the product line our home needed, they were professional to deal with, and I recommend this company.“
