Mike and his team at KCSI replaced all of the windows in our home that was built in the 60s. It's made a big difference in the look both from the inside and out and an overall more energy efficient home.Great work, but taking the time to write this review because of the exceptional level of communication from Mike and his team throughout the project and post the project when we've had questions about the windows or even other projects on our house. Mike's been available and a valued counsel as we navigate projects/budgets being first time home owners.

I recently purchased a 40+ year old home. As it is our intention to have this home as our forever home, my wife and I were very specific about the quality of newly installed products. After researching the local market, we decided to go with KCSI to replace all of our windows as well as two rear sliding doors. I met with John Knowlan and from the early stages, he was so patient with us. His crew came by once to install some of the windows as we were trying to fix one half of the home and then they came back to complete the job. Mike was excellent to work with. The quote was thorough, value was excellent, a true professional interaction, great communications, and extremely knowledgeable in the tradecraft. I would highly recommend.
