We had a new roof installed by Pond Roofing after a hailstorm decimated our previous roof. From our first meeting, Von Ward was an absolute pleasure to work with - no pushy selling tactics like we found with some other companies - just honest, up-front communication. He delivered on his word even with a very fast turnaround time. There was great communication among the whole Pond team - from Von, to Nataly, to Kris, to the installation team. Everyone was extremely professional (and all were excellent listeners). It was really a seamless process. We continue to be grateful every time it rains for our beautiful new, solid roof.

Three years ago, Pond's Roofing did an outstanding job on a complete roof replacement for us. Recently, when we encountered a small siding issue on the front porch of our home, unrelated to the previous work, we reached out to them half-expecting they might not respond to, or handle, such a minor job. To our delight, Shanti responded promptly, came out to assess the situation, and fixed it for us. Pond did our roof about 10 years ago, then our windows 6 years ago- the service, attention to detail and final product were exceptional... so of course we recently called them back for new siding, gutters, etc.Once again, the product, results and customer service are always top-notch. Anthony and Nataly both helped us along the way and we could not ask for better service and or nicer people . Pond Roofing all the way for anything exterior on my home!
