One homeowner noted that Pond Roofing installed a rubber-membrane roof on their garden shed with tricky steel siding flashing, doing an excellent job that was well worth the cost. They also recommended a roof ridge vent, which reduced heat buildup on the upper floor of their home. The team typically completes projects quickly, often in about 12 hours in one day, with impeccable cleanup. Overall, Pond Roofing is recognized for top quality work, reliable service, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Pond was very professional and through throughout the process. Crews arrived on time, did the work that was promised, and kept the areas around my house clean and free of debris throughout. Pond was also very responsive when I had a couple of questions about the work, coming out the next day to make sure it was completed properly and to verify/explain the attic insulation changes I would need to make to accommodate the newly installed roof's ventilation system.
good company with knowledgeable people and high quality work
I had an EXCELLENT experience with Pond. I thought I probably needed a new asphalt shingle roof because of its age (25+ years). Adam Schanzer of Pond Roofing arrived on time to do an inspection with a free estimate. He got on the roof, carefully inspected it and took photos that he shared with me. Adam said roof was in good condition and he saw no signs that it would fail anytime soon. In a business with a lot shady characters, I deeply appreciated Adam's thoroughness and honesty. When the time comes for a new roof, Pond will get my business, and I'll recommend Pond to anyone who asks!
