Until today they were excellent. They stayed in the driveway for about 30 minutes then left. They didn't knock on my door. (Apparently they called me, but my phone didn't ring. I got the voicemail 11 hours later. That is an issue with my phone company!) When I called their office I was put on hold. After over 23 minutes I hung up and wrote this review. They still get 4 stars though because of all of the goodwill they have earned so far.
This was a quick decision and one I'd make again. Thanks 110% to Breezy, our Homefix consultant. Within 5 minutes we felt we had met not only someone who truly knew the hows,whats,and why's of all points exterior design and functionality. But a kindred spirit that had our style pegged in an instant! Thorough and well kitted for any and all questions the moment she arrived. Professional, yet we felt we had made an instant new best friend. And if we had follow up questions, she and her team were on it quick fast. We are so happy and impressed with Homefix. Not only did they install a difficult roof within 10 days of calling them, they really went above and during the one-day installation. They provided detailed photo documentation of the roof removal, existing conditions, progress, and then completion. Lorraine was our contact and she far exceeded our expectations.
