Matt was super responsive and was able to get out and give me a quote so quickly! He was extremely friendly, did a great job explaining the process and the windows I selected. Install day was quick! Sang and his team do not waste anytime. They worked smoothly, efficiently, and the end product looks SO good. My windows make my house so quiet and are so much more efficient with energy. An amazing job and awesome.crew who put our windows in. Everything looks great. No complaints. We live in a 60 year old town home in Baltimore. 2 years ago I put insulation in our attic. It brought the upstairs from 7⁰ difference to 5⁰, with these windows it's barely 1⁰. I do hvac so I tried dampers but did not help much. Windows are a must to help make your home comfortable.

Chesapeake Thermal was recommended to me by a friend, but as mentioned, I wasn't able to use them. However, even with no chance of making any money off of me, Matt still offered to take time out of his day to help me find the perfect company to do my window replacement. As promised, he called me back later that day with a rec. Because window replacements are so expensive, I talked to five different window companies.
