Mint Plumbing came out the day. I called to reestablish hot water in my house. My Navien tankless water heater was showing an error. The recirculating line needed to be replaced. Technician was on time and very knowledgeable. He even contacted Navien to make sure they knew the work he was completing for the error code . Excellent communication, fast completion time. Very efficient. He stocks Navien parts, so Mint can complete the work without coming back.
I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I had three separate shower issues involving high-end Kohler and Brizo (Delta) fixtures, including a Kohler digital shower system. Josh diagnosed everything quickly and fixed two of the three problems during his first visit. He replaced the failed electronic shower controller and completely rebuilt another shower valve using new internal components instead of recommending an unnecessary replacement. The third repair requires a specialty part that had to be ordered, and he’ll be back to finish it as soon as it arrives.

Don't you just love it when one home project turns into an unexpected emergency? I was originally just looking to get my HVAC replaced when the technician noticed a valve was leaking in my basement. It seems like it is always something!
Frantic and wanting to get it fixed right away, I called Mint Plumbing. Josh answered the phone and was incredibly understanding. He immediately agreed to make my situation a priority and promised to come out first thing Saturday morning. It is hard to find businesses that even answer the phone themselves (everything is AI!) or care about your problem so it was nice to call a business and have a human being answer the phone.
