Ali is exactly the kind of plumber you want—very knowledgeable with decades of experience and a calm demeanor even during unexpected situations. He replaced a leaky sink shutoff valve with ease for a price that beat four other plumbers’ quotes. For a camera inspection of a main sewer drain line, SirOne beat all other quotes, explained everything observed, and provided a recording. Ali was professional, friendly, and easy to work with, arriving on time, quickly finding problems, and fixing them without issues. Work was done carefully, everything was left clean, and prices were fair. Ali also fixed a shower a contractor didn't install correctly and installed a new hot water heater, bringing it up to code. He has been honest and reasonably priced over the years, even helping at no charge.
Really great honest people. Ali does great work for a fair price. Im really pleased with his work to repair leaking pipes in my shower, install a new faucet and shower head and replace a cracked toilet. I will definitely do business with Simone in the future.
