We hired Happy Drain Guys Plumbing for a whole townhouse pipe replacement. We learned that the townhouse had PB pipes and Darrel Nixon was an absolute professional. He answered all my questions, explained what he was doing, and why, and was extremely communicative throughout the process. If I could give more stars, I would.
I had to get a leaky bathtub faucet fixed. I could not get the old cartridge and the nut off. Ahmad exactly knew the problem and how to fix it. He came within an hour and fixed it quickly and professionally. His rate is also reasonable.
Happy Drain Guys was dispatched by our home warranty company to our house due to a water heater tank that was leaking. The issue was diagnosed quickly and they worked with the warranty company to get the replacement approved quickly. Our plumber, Carlos, arrived exactly on time to begin the repair. Carlos had the old water heater removed and the new one installed in about 1 1/2 hours. Carlos was very friendly and professional. He answered all of the questions I had for him. I recommend Happy Drain Guys for your plumbing issues. Ask for Carlos for an even better experience!!
