David L Hall Inc
“Last week our AC unit wasn't cooling as well as it should, so I researched local HVAC companies to see who had the better reviews. I wanted a local company that only focused on HVAC. David L Hall was highly rated and I can now confirm that they deserve it. Scott M came on a Friday to diagnose the issue --- it was a leaky coil and a lot of refrigerant had been lost --- and gave us three options to consider. Given the 13 yo age of our builder grade units, we decided to replace both with Rheem systems. David L Hall promised to have a crew out the following Monday, and they were. We were very impressed by the professionalism and friendliness shown by CJ, Joe and Grayson. CJ kept me informed along the way and answered all questions. Very pleased by our experience with David L Hall.
UPDATE: Just had our 6 month checkup. All systems checked out well. Scott M did an awesome job taking pictures/videos and thoroughly describing all of the processes he checked.
UPDATE: Just had our summer checkup. Scott M was very thorough. Everything was good. Glad we made the purchase and chose Hall Air.”
