I cannot recommend FH Furr highly enough! Their customer service, positive attitude, and overall process are incredibly tight and professional. They went completely above and beyond for my family during a stressful week.
Here is exactly why they earn a 5-star review:
--Lightning-Fast Emergency Response: On the Friday evening leading into a holiday weekend, our HVAC went down. FH Furr dispatched a technician to our house in under two hours. The tech was fantastic and walked us through a couple of great solutions.
--Proactive & Compassionate Communication: By Tuesday morning, they called to let me know the required part was in and ready for installation. During the call, I mentioned that our power had just gone out. Without hesitation, they offered to send an electrician to look at it and offered to bump up our HVAC repair time just to ensure my family was taken care of. It turned out to be a utility company issue, so we scheduled the HVAC fix for the end of the week when the power was expected to return.
--Going the Extra Mile: Our power actually came back on Thursday, a day early. I called FH Furr to see if there was any flexibility to get the tech out sooner. Instead of giving me a generic script, the customer service representative went to their leadership team to make it happen for us.
--Flawless Execution: The technician arrived even earlier than the adjusted time on Thursday and took care of the entire project seamlessly.
