“Freezone was great to work with! I submitted a non emergency service request at 11pm and received a call by 9:15 the next morning to confirm my appointment for that afternoon. My tech (Chris) had a cancellation in the morning and was able to arrive by 10:30. Within 15 minutes he had diagnosed and replaced the faulty capacitor. So my A/C was back up and running within 12 hours of submitting a service request. Additionally, the pricing was very fair and all of my interactions with the company were very professional.
