“CJ is great. He did the installation of our HVAC system when we originally built the house and has done all of our servicing since. What first struck me about CJ was the way that he took the time to explain to me why a part of our original design (a coat closet) posed a challenge for the placement of our air return during the initial build. He explains things really well for people that don’t understand HVAC systems (like me). Since the initial build we’ve only had to have minor servicing over the last 6 years, but every time we’ve needed anything, CJ has been quick to respond, helpful with instructions on trouble shooting, quick in getting out to is, thorough in the repairs he does, and very competitive on pricing. How can a company that has had such a loyal customer base treat their customers this way NO NOTIFICATION or recommendation of who to go with? This really disturbs me that we were treated this way!
