Wonderful as always! Our heat pump stopped working last night. He walked me through some things by text that night. When those didn’t work, he was out here first thing this morning. Quick fix and now all is well. Eric has always come through for us.
They are the best AC company around!!! Quick to respond to calls ANY day of the week. We had AC issues today (Sunday) with the temperature 101 (heat index 111) and Eric was out here in NO TIME FLAT. We will never ever use another company but Dement! Friendly, fast and so knowledgeable!
Eric did a great job with our kitchen remodel!
