Stay away from F. HRR! They will vastly overcharge you for basic repairs and give you false information just to make a bigger sale.
They charged me a staggering $800 just for a basic capacitor and the labor to install it.
They claimed a universal fan motor would not fit my HVAC unit. They lied to me into and said that my unit would only fit the expensive manufacturer model for $2,400.
I called a second company for a backup opinion. They easily installed a universal fan motor with zero issues. The total cost for parts and labor was a fraction of what F. As Short Pump Heating and Air this company was great. Since they have sold / merged and are now FH Furr I would give them less than 1 star if possible. From the second the rep was in my house things felt off, knowledge was lacking, overselling and over explaining to justify prices was the clear pitch. After much wasted time I was finally quoted a price over DOUBLE what the next company came in and quoted for a better unit and warranty. I am sure they sell to many a niave customer but I can’t say more loudly to stay away.

Had a technician tell me my system needs replacing and could harm my family. I had two other companies also check my system and they said my system was in good condition and showed me video and picture evidence of my system. The Short Pump tech also shut off part of my system so it would no longer function.
