We woke up to no heat a few days ago, determining that the heat pump was running but the blower fan was not; later in the day, we had heat but by the next day, there was no heat again. Our regular HVAC repair man had planned to come by that day and, then, the next, but that never happened. At that point, I searched a more local HVAC company and came upon Mission Air. Upon calling them, I spoke with Gloria, who is very professional, friendly, and interactive. She stated that there was a tech in our area, she would call back after speaking with him to schedule us that day, and, within minutes, she followed up with a scheduled time. Woke up to a freezing house this morning. 9° outside and in the 60's and dropping quickly inside. Mission Air came out on a Sunday and soon had us back in heat mode! We can't thank them enough for helping out us displaced South Floridians!Services: HVAC system maintenance
