We had a problem with an AC unit that another company just couldn't figure out, so we contacted Adams Heating & AC. Will Patterson, the new owner, responded promptly and came out with one of his senior technicians to diagnose the problem. They correctly identified what needed to be repaired, got us on the schedule, and completed the work. David and Jordan did an outstanding job! They were on time, professional, courteous, and--most of all--knowledgeable. Before they left, they answered all my questions! The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Adams Heating & AC.
Our AC broke the night before we were supposed to go to the hospital to have our 3rd baby so I called in the morning on the way to the hospital and they were able to come out that day and fix everything while I was giving birth so we got to go back home to a nice comfortable cool home with the new baby! Amazing customer service, and very fast and reliable, we will never call anyone else for any heating or AC issues in the future!
