“Just wanted to take a moment to give Quick Drains a 5 star review. My husband and I had a major issue with our main drain and it had been an ongoing issue for two years. We had several roots and other items trapped in our main line from when the previous owner lived here. We tried several alternatives with different plumbers before getting with James from quick drains to actually excavate, cut and replace the pipe. James was honest and knowledgeable through the entire process. My husband and I were given a few quotes ranging from 12-15k to finish the job. Unfortunately that was just way out of our budget. We explained the situation to James, who worked with us for a much more reasonable amount and was able to meet us at a price point that we felt was fair considering the amount of work that needed to be done. James and his partner applied for the city permit on a Monday and by Thursday they were here bright and early to do the work.They were quick, efficient, honest and punctual.
