“I’ve been using On the Go Fitness about a year now and I have to say the team is awesome! I’ve had personal trainers off and on for over two decades. I was in the military and needed one to keep me maxing my PT scores. (...because the scores DO matter no matter what you want to believe.) While many things play into your success in the military, I argue that “excellent” performance on your PT tests does a lot psychologically to show you are ready for the challenges of leadership. You don’t need to be a gym rat to be a good leader. You just need to show up once a year, and effortlessly max what is expected of you. And, this is where making an investment in yourself by having an outstanding personal trainer pays dividends in promotional opportunities.I’ve also used personal trainers to just help me keep myself fit to enjoy the games of life. Whether it is snowboarding, windsurfing, running in fun OCRs, climbing with your friends in the gym, or just trying something new. When you are healthy and fit, you get to play more. You get to see what is beyond your sofa and refrigerator. You get to stop feeling tired, and get to laugh and enjoy life more.I could go to the gym and push weights. I drive old cars, and use duct tape in most of my household repairs. Think of personal trainers as a necessity in helping you live the best life you can. After all, there are no “do overs” with life. When that big white light comes, will you be saying “I wish I learned to ski, or I wish I could have played with my grandkids more”? Being physically healthy and fit will not only help you live longer, but it will help you live better. The research and science is there. This is not an infomercial, it is reality.And, the best part… it doesn’t matter how old you are, how tired you are, or how broken you are. If you are 80, you will keep your independence. If you are 50 and going through menopause, it will help you manage that madness. If you are 40 and now feeling the pain of your younger years of incorrectly pumping iron or doing things you shouldn’t have they will help you overcome those “hangovers”. And if you are 20, you will learn the true way of fitness and conditioning to keep you in the best health as you manage the challenges life will throw at you.You can try and “duct tape” your health, but odds are not in your favor. Leave that for your HVAC or cracked window. Get a trainer. Invest in yourself and the life you want to live. “Igor is an amazing personal trainer! I’ve been training with him for almost 5 years and he still surprises us with his variety of exercises-you don’t get bored. He is able to modify all exercises to individual needs and he’s great with helping you recover if you’ve had an injury or surgery.He also works out with you-he’s not one to stand around just counting for you. Igor also gives you workout plans while you’re traveling and will Zoom sessions too. His prices are so reasonable given the amount of training and talent he brings. And, he’s just one of the nicest people you’ll meet. My strength, stamina and balance are better than some of the younger clients and that’s thanks to Igor. I ran my first Army 10 Miler and also finished the Stadium Spartan race!“

“Battle Fitness was the first to appear during my research, and joining was the best decision I ever made! By the end of my first Body Transformation with Je, I've reduced 44 pounds and 11% body fat! My family and friends are so shocked when they see me and always ask me what I have done to achieve this transformation. Before Battle Fitness, for years, my previous lifestyle exacerbated my asthma, made my seasonal allergies severe, and made me very self-conscious about my body. “I have been very pleased with my workout sessions with my trainer, Ryan, over the past 4 months. I enjoy the 20 minute slow motion weight training sessions that work all the major muscle groups without putting stress on my joints. My trainer monitors my progress each time and motivates me to keep trying to get the most benefit out of each exercise. Since I started the program, I feel more fit and toned, have more energy and have lost several inches and pounds. I also have borderline osteoporosis and my physician recommended doing weight bearing exercise. I am happy to have found The Perfect Workout and I am hoping over time as I continue with the program, my bone density will show improvement.“

“I've owed a review for this place for a while. All of the coaches bring a lot of energy and positivity. If you're looking for a friendly atmosphere to absolutely crush your health and fitness goals, this is the perfect place ? On a more personal note, two years ago I was in a motorcycle crash and messed up my leg pretty bad. In coming into this gym, the coaches have helped me regain strength and mobility back. I'm able to do weighted lunges, jumping squats, etc. Considering their holistic approach of quick 30 min workouts and a truly in-depth approach to both diet and supplementation, all you need to bring to the door is a desire to change your life. I can not speak highly enough of Fit Body Boot Camp. To anyone reading this, I hope to see you soon!“

“Eye had a great experience at this gym tonight. I was helped by Jaylin, (forgive me if I misspelled the name). He did a great job taking care of my gym needs without any hesitation. He’s a model employee and knows how to implement efficient customer service. Unfortunately I have to cancel my membership (which was the best deal and location in my area) due to some traveling reasons. I have to also mention Brandon who is one of the managers who has always been an absolute delight to deal with in the past as well. I have ran into Brandon around town and even outside of the gym he’s a model employee and guards this establishment’s reputation the way a great manager should. Thanks Xsport Alexandria! Eye will definitely recommend you guys.“
