All the staff is very encouraging. Daryl is wonderful at meeting you where you are and coaching you through the exercises. About 8 weeks in I felt a difference in my body, and I noticed better posture and easier general movement. I unfortunately had to stop due to work travel picking up. I took off one star because I feel the price is quite high for 20-minute sessions.
Gym is conveniently located in Burke. Daryl, my trainer, is extremely knowledgeable, very encouraging and is excellent at answering all my questions. He’s able to adapt my workouts as needed to help me achieve my goals. I recently had minor surgery and he adapted my workouts to ensure I could safely continue to workout. I highly recommend this location and my trainer, Daryl - both excellent!!
