I had a great experience with Brian, who provided water mitigation services in my basement. He was punctual and communicated clearly throughout the entire process, so I always understood the big picture and next steps. He also took the time to explain exactly why he used the specific equipment he did, which I really appreciated. He worked around my tight work schedule and was flexible when I needed it. His work was as neat as possible given the circumstances, and he was very professional from start to finish. Impressions Carpet and Restoration, Inc. is absolutely the best carpet cleaners.Our family has used them multiple times to clean our home carpet. We began with them in 2015 and have used them for regular maintenance cleaning, move in/move out cleaning. They have grown their company and they do a great job running their business. The owners are responsive and are wonderful to work with, always very easy and accommodating!!! We will continue To work with impressions carpet and restoration Inc. Thank you!
