“This is our second batch of windows installed by Ameritech. We are doing the house section by section because windows aren’t cheap! Timmy our sales rep is excellent. He respects our time and is efficient but also answers questions and is thorough. We waited longer than expected for the install, but when we called Timmy and asked for an update his estimate was spot on. We got a call yesterday, asking if they could come today. Fortunately, I had done a lot of the clearing in advance, so it wasn’t a big panic. The three installers arrived at 8 am, at the beginning of the hour arrival time window and got to work. 8 old windows we removed, new ones installed, wrap cut and fitted, all the caulking done, and the whole place cleaned up, inside and out.
