They wear booties over their shoes while in the house and clean up after they finish. Ranger HVAC is timely and provides unbridled service. They maintain a relationship with their customers, which helps with diagnostics and navigation of the home. The company's workers are extremely nice and informative. They explain all options and help customers pick the best system for their home. Ranger HVAC keeps customers informed of all visits and invoices through electronic means. They do charge a fee to come and identify the problem, but it is a fair price. The company is honest and doesn't try to sell unnecessary things. They deliver as promised and provide a comprehensive service. Ranger HVAC installed new HVAC systems, replaced blower motors, and cleaned ducts. They covered all traffic areas and wore shoe covers. Detail: I came home to a very cold house because my heater was not working. I reached out to Ranger and they told me that they would come out that same day. The person that came was nice, professional, and wore booties over his shoes while in the house. He spent several hours working on the unit, and identified a problem with a limit switch. He initiated a work around and said that a new limit switch is needed. After confirming the purchase with me (an expensive part) he put in the order. Ranger is professional, timely, and they provide unbridled service! Maintaining a relationship with my HVAC service is key because they know my unit as well as my dwelling and it helps tremendously with diagnostics and just overall navigation of your home. I would recommend them over and over. After servicing my unit, Sean went through details, with photos- I was truly impressed at the energy that went into the work. Everyone you deal with is so polite, patient and trustworthy. I’ll be using them exclusively moving forward.
My heating system stopped working and a good friend of mine advised to me reach out to Ranger HVAC. The company representative responded in a timely manner and the diagnostic indicated issue with my blower motor, which required replacement. Ranger HVAC team brought in a new motor and replaced it at precise scheduled time with no delay.
