“Dora Electric was the 4th electrician I called on a Thursday afternoon. The first one required me to open an account before they would even listen to my issue, the next two were robots, and then Yesser picked up the phone at Dora. It was an emergency call and he was up front about the pricing. I thought I knew what the issue was (at the time I was sure I knew) but then Yesser arrived and followed a very methodical process. Instead of replacing a circuit breaker, he fixed the outlet that had gone bad. Because he didn't let me push him around and tell him what to do and followed his own training and experience, he found the problem and fixed it on the first attempt.
