I have been a loyal customer of Lorton Barber Shop for 26 years, since the day Jack first opened his doors. In fact, I was Jack’s first female customer.

Our relationship started with a challenge. At the time, my hair reached midway down my back, and Jack made it very clear that he only cut men’s hair. I told him that if he had the skill and owned a barber shop, it should not matter whether I was male or female. A good barber could cut my hair. Jack accepted the challenge, gave me long layers, and everyone loved my hair. That visit started a 26-year hair relationship built on trust, talent, and respect.

I have been getting my hair cut here for over 24 years. Jack is amazing and can cut any way you like. Sometimes I change my style and he always accommodates. Sometimes there's a wait but it's worth it. I'll never get my haircut anywhere else. Jack is the best!
