“Update: They sold the company to Michael Bonsby. Guarantees on repairs for the aystems they installed were not transferred. We lost over 5 years of free repairs. Basically, NICE charged a ton of money and then sold the company to not honor their commitment. Original contracts, which used to be available electronically, are just gone.

Old review: We've had our HVAC work done by Nice and now our water heater. They came in almost $1000 under our last replacement. Their sales people aren't high pressure and they take their time to thoroughly plan the job. In the 2+ years they've been servicing our systems, there has not been a single negative thing I could say. Very professional.“

“We have depended Oasis for over 30 years and have never been disappointed in their service. They are a top-notch company with highly skilled technicians and caring staff. Last Friday afternoon our water heater broke. Our replacement was not in stock so they ordered one. On the following Monday they drove 2 1/2 hours to pick up the correct replacement and installed it that day.

“Behzad originally came and serviced our hvac for a home warranty. He found that the coils were dirty so he came back the next day to clean the coils (not previously scheduled). While taking them out he found the motor was also dirty so he also cleaned that at no extra cost. Original price was 1200 but he took off military discount so final price was 950. He cleaned up after the work and made sure everything was working.“
