“Update: They sold the company to Michael Bonsby. Guarantees on repairs for the aystems they installed were not transferred. We lost over 5 years of free repairs. Basically, NICE charged a ton of money and then sold the company to not honor their commitment. Original contracts, which used to be available electronically, are just gone.

Old review: We've had our HVAC work done by Nice and now our water heater. They came in almost $1000 under our last replacement. Their sales people aren't high pressure and they take their time to thoroughly plan the job. In the 2+ years they've been servicing our systems, there has not been a single negative thing I could say. Very professional.“

“Oasis installed my HVAC system 16 years ago and my air handler died a week ago, but the heat pump was still running fine. “Ranger was available, efficient, clean, professional, and knowledgeable. I would use them again and can recommend them.

Detail: I came home to a very cold house because my heater was not working. I reached out to Ranger and they told me that they would come out that same day. The person that came was nice, professional, and wore booties over his shoes while in the house. He spent several hours working on the unit, and identified a problem with a limit switch. He initiated a work around and said that a new limit switch is needed. After confirming the purchase with me (an expensive part) he put in the order. After the part came in, he returned a few days later to install the part. Again, he stayed for several hours to make sure everything was running correctly. The overall experience was great - they were able to come quickly, identify the issue, spent many hours to make sure things were running correctly, and acted professionally the whole time.

Notes:
1. They do charge a fee to come identify the problem, but I felt it was a fair price, especially for the time spent on the issue.
2. This issue was 1.5 months prior to this review and the issue has not recurred.“

“During the weeklong heatwave we had this past April, my upstairs heat pump died on a Friday. Knowing that it likely had to be replaced (it was 18 years old), I called several HVAC companies (one of which was Foley Mechanical). Given that it was 80 degrees+ on my 2nd floor, Foley Mechanical sent someone that day and followed up the same day with a price quote. Dan (owner of the business) returned my call over the weekend and committed to having someone show up to install the new unit early the following week. Ron (the field supervisor) and Henry (lead technician) were both phenomenal! I can't say enough great things about the service and value we received. Thank you, Dan and team!!“
