Impact (Jon) was first rate. I had a relatively small roofing repair job but I always felt like a priority. Reasonably priced, diligent, reliable, professional, and timely. Everything you want in a contractor. Jon went above and beyond battling with the unreasonable repair estimates from the insurance company. Where other contractors would have quit, he took it as a challenge.
