Excellent, prompt, friendly service! Steve took the time to explain and show me the components which needed replacement within my A/C unit and treated me kindly and with respect. I have now used Air Novations two times and each time they have have been very professional and courteous. Special thanks and shout out to Felix, the technician who helped identify the problem and was extremely meticulous, and also very patient in explaining to me, to describe his investigation and how he found the AC problem. I want to also thank their Customer Support team who has been very helpful and proactive throughout the process. I highly recommend Air Novations for any Heating or AC issues.
