“We bought a 40+ year old house in North Side and the water heater looked rough and outside hose bibs were leaking. A friend recommended us to call Paul Brown Plumbing & Heating, so we did. Randon is great to work with over the phone and text. She was able to get a team out to the house in a few days to take care of the water heater hose bibs and to help us look at some other potential issues we had. The house itself was in rough shape so we decided to have them replace all the pipes to pex while we did other renovation projects. They came out three times and now the house has all new pipes, they fixed a drain pipe in the wall (another crazy issue we discovered after the fact) and made all the connections to the sinks, dishwasher, toilet, and tub. The installation team was punctual, respectful, neat, and thorough. The pricing was consistent with the quality of work this company provides and well worth it! We will use them again should we need their services (hopefully we won't, but you know how that goes) and we recommend giving them a call for your plumbing needs.“

Today, Calvin Phelps from Gilman Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing came by after my hot water heater failed... only 10 years after installation, which Gilman originally handled. I shared my frustration with Calvin regarding the plastic shutoff valve that was installed previously by Gilman. Unfortunately, when I needed it most, in an emergency, it couldn’t be used. This was the only emergency I’ve had, and it left me questioning the purpose of having that valve if it wasn’t reliable when needed. UGH...
