The technicians are very thoughtful and provide clear insight into what they are doing while providing top-notch quality work. I really appreciated their communication throughout the process. We helped my elderly mother contact West End Heating and Air for an estimate on fixing her “malfunctioning heat.” We had been advised that her boiler was bad, and it would cost $8300 to replace it. The company she spoke to originally declined to try to fix it.West End sent their technician, Michael, who arrived on time and got straight to work after a respectful greeting to my mother. Six and a half hours later, he had replaced the blower and completely re-wired an obsolete controller from scratch so my Mom has heat. I called the office yesterday afternoon to request service on my heat pump. Received a call from the office this morning and was told that Michael could be here within 2 hours. He called and showed up as promised. He tested the air handler and outside unit and got everything working as it should. He kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend this company and Michael.
